The global positioning device receives signals from satellite to indicate global positioning data relating longitude/latitude, time/data, speed and attitude of a vehicle. A microprocessor (3) controls the vehicle component to execute the instruction corresponding to the control condition of vehicle component, when global positioning data matches with control condition. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) GPS traveling control method; and (2) computer-readable recorded medium storing GPS traveling control program.
