The device has a guide angle (1) with two guide plates at right angles to each other, which meet in an area having an opening (9). The drive shaft driven by an electric motor extends through the opening and lies in a plane at right angles to the two guide plates. Its axial position can be changed relative to the guide angle and can be locked by locking means (4,5).
