The training system has three rustless rings (7) fixedly mounted on the lunging strap (1) so that one is at the top in the apex point of the strap, and one is on the right and left at a distance therefrom of 15 cm. A further ring is mounted movable left and right at a distance of 60 cm from the top ring. The rope (4) runs from the right of the horse through the lower ring round the back of the horse to the left side and through the lower ring. The ends of the rope on both sides end in a loop in which another ring is fitted.
