Eye treatment instrument comprises a main body (1), a cover (2) suitable for covering the periphery around the eyes and openings (21) formed within the cover. A fine spray exciting unit (4) is arranged as close to the cover and a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator is built into the exciting unit to excite oscillating plates. The delivery side of the plates for the liquid spray is arranged opposite the cover whilst the liquid inlet sides are configured so that they are close to the end openings of liquid guiding elements. The liquid is guided from a liquid circular chamber to spray the eyes for treatment.
