An office chair comprises a single piece plastic back (1) shell (2) with pelvis/loins, chest and shoulder/neck spinal regions (13,14,15) and means to ergonomically adapt to the person. The three regions are mutually movable in horizontal planes (3,4) and the shoulder/neck region is controllable by a movement of the pelvis/loin region.
