A simple ring binder for punched paper sheets has two rings (1) linked by a rigid stay (2) and attached to the ends of the stay by flexible joints (3). This enables the rings to be moved from a flat storage position into the operating position. The rings can be opened and closed with a snap action. The rings enable the sheets to be turned through nearly 360 deg for maximum access.
