The toy consists of a model railway track guided over a stretch of rail and of a matching play layout (1) for at least a play figure (7) as a toy accessory. The figure can be placed on the play layout or transported with the railway. The railway has at least one locomotive, carriage for the figure and carriage for further accessories. The play layout can be made from puzzle pieces.
