The user holds a small electrical generator (1) in his hand. The generator is moved over a table top or a mouse pad (3) to turn a small friction wheel to generate an electrical current. There may be a transformer and a circuit to produce current spikes. The generator assembly has two flexible leads (2a,b) with electrodes (4a,b) at the ends connected to the user's testicles.
