The tool for drilling holes in a wall has a hollow cylindrical body, on one face side of which are cutting teeth (4) and a cylinder base connected to the body. The base is axially connectable with a clamping shaft or an adapter for such a shaft. The hollow cylindrical tool body (1) is firmly or releasably connected with a second cylinder base (3), which is spaced from the first cylinder base (2). The clamping shaft or the adapter for it is connected or connectable with a guide drill or a guide pin. The height of the hollow cylindrical body is equal to or larger than its diameter. The cutting teeth are formed for simultaneous cutting of wood, plastic, metal or mineral materials.
