Fully biological small sewage treatment plant using the SBR process with a reactor tank integrated in the primary clarifier

The small biological sewage processing plant, working on the sequence batch reactor (SBR) process, has a primary clarifier tank (1) with an inserted reactor basin (2), to form a hollow zone (3) for primary clarifying. The sewage inflow (4) leads into the primary tank, and an overflow (9) gives the flow link between the primary and reactor vessels. The overflow of initially clarified sewage flows into the reactor spontaneously when the level rises. A time-controlled clarified water take-off is drawn out of the reactor at set times into the outflow (5).
