Apparatus for converting a water supply to oxygen- and ozone-enriched, electrolyzed water has two filters (2, 3), followed by a storage tank (4). An ozone generator (5) is connected to this and a mixer (6) mixes the gases and water. The enriched water can be removed via a tap. Independent claims are included for: (a) a similar apparatus which produces oxygen-enriched, electrolyzed, ionized water with a higher gas concentration (disclosed as having an additional oxygen supply (7) on the ozone generator, though this is not claimed);and (b) a similar machine which produces electrolyzed, ozone-enriched water.
