The valve for use with gases and liquids has a vent channel (39) and a seal (16) which fits against either a main valve seat (9) to seal the fluid flow channel (10) or against a vent seat (43) to close the vent channel. A spring (15) biases the seal against either of the seats and is fitted with a magnetic control (2).
