The device is of a shallow cylindrical shape (1) with surrounding openings (6) and provided with a cylindrical extension (7) of a smaller diameter at its lower surface for being joined to an appropriate tube. Its is filled with a porous elastic insert (4) moistened with an absorbent substance and can be closed with a lid (3) joined with hinges (2). Two crosswise arranged plastic strips accommodated in the housing (1) prevent the filter from sliding into the tube.
