The adapter (1) for joining a hose to a medicament bottle comprises a main body which has the form of a round disk (10) provided respectively with a hose connector (13) and a piercing element (8) at its end faces. The end of the body facing the bottle terminates in a skirt section (19) pushable over the bottle neck. The round disk has a thickness which is at least equal to the length of the skirt section.
