To activate the effects of fluids against the skin, to stimulate physiological/biological reactions e.g. in a foot bath, the bath is filled with water (2) with a high CO2 concentration to give gas bubbles and act as a cavitation liquid. A sonic head (1) is immersed into the bath, to generate a cavitation (3) between it and the foot, which acts as a carrier and a transport medium for substances and active ingredients.
