The security arrangement for goods (2,3) on a pallet has on the opposite-lying sides of the pallet (1) a long, board-form cover element (4,5) bearing upon the goods. The cover elements are connected to the pallet by at least one band (7,8) so that the goods which are installed on the opposite sides of the pallet are secured between the cover elements and pallet with friction locking to counteract slipping. The goods to be secured are especially plastic barrels for fluid or solid chemical products.
