A padded seat part (12) and a padded backrest (13) are attached with clamping elements (23, 24) to the inclined support column (2) which also serves as the front leg provided with a ball joint (3) at its lower end. Two stands (7) with ball joints (3) at their lower ends are swivel mounted to a perforated plate also serving as a footrest (5) and attached to the lower area of the column (2). All parts can be adjusted regarding their height and level of inclination.
