The cable fire interrupting assembly for cables (5) secured to walls, ceilings, or floors consists of cover (1) of fire protecting material, with cable feed (2) and discharge region (3). The regions contain cable fitting foam cushions or blocking layer for fire protection .The cables are fitted between cover and wall, ceiling or floor and are surrounded in the feed and discharge regions by the foam cushions or blocking layers. The cover may be of a flat, arcuate, or angular surface.
