The device to generate a force (Fr) by means of a mass (m) rotating around an axis (R) with an angular speed. The rotational axis lies in one plane (x,z) and the radius of the mass is measured from a point (P) which is located so that the rotational axis is rotatable only around the y-axis of a coordinate system, and a force is taken off parallel to this axis. Several masses may be provided, with their rotational axes lying in a common plane which is covered by the coordinate system.
