The mobile protective fence, made from crossing over rods welded to form lattice panels and in rectangular or square form, have a zigzag alignment when joined together in a free standing state. The lattice panels in a vertical axis are angled by more than 10 degrees. The horizontal rods are installed on both sides of the vertical rods, and the horizontal rods consist of flat bars. The horizontal rods are welded in crossover fashion to the bend points of the zigzag form vertical wires.
