A front surface plane (FSP) (5A) allows entry of a light beam (o). An exit surface plane (ESP) (5B) fits with a clearance from this entry point. A base surface plane (BSP) (6B) runs at an angle to and between the FSP and ESP. Next to the BSP there are electrode surface planes (7A,7B) with a gap between the FSP and ESP each with an electrode to apply electric voltage to create an electric field.
