The spreader and mixing vehicle for distribution of mixtures of binder such as limestone or cement stabilizer has a chassis (1) with front and rear axles (3,4). The chassis carries a material feed container (5) with a metering feed (6) for the binder formed as a trailer and with a rotary earth mixer (7) behind the metering feed. The earth mixer can have upper and lower links (8,9) for height adjustable mounting.
