The forming, filling and sealing machine, especially for the filling of liquid foodstuffs and stimulants in pots, has a feed unit (5) holding a film sheet (3), heating unit (6) with a pot former (7), a filling station (8), sealing station (10), stamping station (11) and packing unit (14), provided as respective processing stations. The processing stations are adjustable to a variable length of the sections of the film sheet fed in a cycle and/or adjustable to a varied width of the film sheet. The processing stations are formed as relatively adjustable modules (A-F) in the feed plane (H).
