A frequency absorbing, frequency reflecting and frequency permeable textile sheet structure comprises a textile carrier having an adherent surface coating of a conductive mixture of thermoplastic, matrix-forming binder powder (I) and conductive short chopped fibers or particles (II), the mixture having an area weight at least 50 g/m 2and a surface resistance of at most 10 9Ohms.
