A food oven chamber is sub-divided by a partition into a hot air blower chamber and a cooking chamber. Hot air is distributed by a first essentially rectangular baffle unit with a central inlet and peripheral outlet. The blower chamber has a second baffle (1) with two sections (2, 3), the first (2) of which is secured to the oven wall and the second (3) extending into the peripheral outlet. The second baffle (1) is detachable, sliding, tilting and/or movable with respect to the oven sidewall, or forms part of the sidewall. The free end of the first section (1) has a rounded edge (5). The other end translates into the oven wall.
