Aircraft hovers as air cushion vehicle in ground effect and flies forwards using conventional aerodynamic lift

An aircraft uses an air cushion for take-off and landing, and translates to prior art aerodynamic lift for normal flight. In air cushion mode the vehicle draws in air through an intake and discharges the air simultaneously through a number of air outlets orientated in different directions. The air outlet size is variable and the air outlets are further equipped with directionally variable air guidance vanes.
