A plasticizer- and chlorine-free gamma ray sterilizable and solvent cementable infusion tube of Shore hardness A 70-80 as a composite tube with an inner polyethylene (PE) layer and an outer layer comprising a mixture of polypropylene (PP) and an elastomer component is new.
