The watertight cellar has outer walls built by means of removable shuttering, with each outer wall (31) formed in one piece with the floor slab (30). The outermost wall (11) is supported on a load relieving course (1) as a foundation and on the reinforcement (5,9) of the floor slab. An insulation slab may serve as the foundation is lies upon a levelling course. The floor slab may have prefabricated floor elements which by the smooth side bear upon the foundation, in which case the outer wall is supported in part on these.
