The door leaf consists of three layers of wood, with the outer cover layers being denser than the inner layer. The outer layer on each side may be divided into two regions (6,7) which may be of different colors. There is a separation line (8) between them. This line may consist of several straight segments at various angles to each other. The separation line is at the bottom of a shallow groove (9) extending partway through the thickness of the cover layer.
