A building outer wall (12) has an array (10) of inclined horizontal facade slats (18) clip-fitted to a wall fixture (16). The wall fixture is an essentially T-shaped flange with a first horizontal shank and a second upright cross-piece. The shank and cross-piece are esp. a single, fixed non-hinged component. The fixtures (16) are manufactured in with different angles between shank and cross-piece, allowing a progressive twist-fit installation of the slats.
