The device (1) is assembled of a cylindrical base (4) and the shape of a female neck and upper front area of the chest (2) joined to the top of the base (4). A textile cover (5), its material and color chosen in order to enhance the appearance of the displayed necklace and to be attached to the upper part (2) is provided with a wide hem at its lower edge facilitating the accommodation of the loose ends of a fastening strap. The circular top of the upper part (2) can be fitted with a separate pad (3), covered with the same material used for the main cover (5).
