A frame can be provided with several inserts of different structures and levels of density which can be parallel positioned rectangular sheets or of any other suitable shape as required. The individual insert can be chosen in relation to the needs of a particular patient and combined with any other kind of soft, rigid, structured, or plane segment in any suitable sequence.
