A soap bubble blowing toy has an elastic frame (22) fitted to a handle (21) and fitted into a slim container (1) of soap solution by folding the shape into a slim profile. The shape erects into a diamond frame when extracted from the soap solution. The inside of the frame has an array of round tags (221)which assist in creating large bubbles. The flexible frame can have various shapes, including multiple shapes for the simultaneous generation of small and large bubbles.
