The sign or billboard (20) consists of a thick slab which fits into a groove in the top portion (22) of a solid cylinder (10). A screw (30) in the side of the cylinder locks the edge of the billboard (21) in the groove. There is a cutout (18) in the base of the cylinder (17) accommodating a magnet (25) which is glued in place. The bottom surface of the magnet is flush with the bottom surface (16) of the cylinder.
