A conductor or cable routing duct has an upper and a lower part (12;14) either of which is provided with a retaining strip (24) adjoining a lengthwise edge and which is arranged at least in sections in a pocket (28) formed on the lower or upper part (12;14). In at least one of the pocket limbs (30,32), several punched-type recesses (34) facing out from a surface facing away from the retaining strip (24) are provided so as to fix the retaining strip (24) and the pocket limb (30,32) relative to the one another.
