The pressure plate (1) has several openings (2), each of a spherical or oval shape and with a threaded inner surface (3). The shafts of the bone screws are provided with the usual self tapping thread suitable for being inserted into a bone, while the lower surfaces of their heads are of an oval shape and provided with an outer thread matching the inner thread (3) in the openings (2).
