The neck of the bottle has an interrupted male thread. The outer part (10) of the cap (1) has an originality ring at the bottom, which is broken off when the cap is first unscrewed. A projection (23) on the inner part fits into an opening in the outer housing. Liquid from the bottle can flow through this opening when the outer part is partially unscrewed. Locking pins and bolts (16,17) on the inside of the top part of the outer housing engage in receptacles in the lower housing. An interrupted female thread (18) in the outer housing engages in a male thread (28) on the inner housing.
