Ski-jumping boot (10) comprises a shaft (40), a sole region (21) having a heel region, a middle foot region and a front foot region, and a reinforcing element (20) extending from the shaft into the sole region and surrounding the foot from behind and below. Preferred Features: The reinforcing element additionally surrounds the foot in the heel region and extends over the whole length of the sole. Additional sole elements (50) are arranged only below the heel and the front foot region. The sole region has a separate sole plate below the front foot region. The sole plate is detachedly connected to the reinforcing element. The reinforcing element and the sole plate are planar in the front foot region.
