The system is used to construct a basic oven with an air feed system, a combustion chamber and a hot gas extraction system, all of which are installed as permanently sealed relative to flue gas, whereby the air feed system is independent of air in the room and at least the combustion chamber and hot gas extraction system consist of metal, precious metal or alloys thereof. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a basic oven.
