PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ligand useful for various catalytic reactions and provide a method for producing arylamines, diaryls and arylalkynes important as intermediates for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals and as organic electronic materials by using a catalyst containing the ligand.;SOLUTION: The new 2,2-(diaryl)vinylphosphine compound is expressed by general formula (1) (R1 is H, a 1-6C alkyl or the like; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are each a 1-6C alkyl or the like; (p), (q), (r) and (s) are each 0-5; and p+q and r+s are each within the range of 0-5).
