The device comprises a first loop for the synthesis of a fractional division frequency (1) in order to apply a first transposition signal with a wide frequency band to an input of the first mixer stage (5) of the receiver, a second frequency synthesis loop to the phase lock (2) in order to apply a second transposition signal with a narrow frequency band to an input of the second mixer stage (6) of the receiver and a common source of frequency (3) is coupled to the first (1) and to the second loop (2) to be applied to their reference inputs a reference frequency signal. & br / applications are to v / uhf wide band (20 mhz to 3 ghz).
