PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To procure an IC card and an IC card reader/writer, etc., by a multivender and to construct a system by providing the IC card with card maker identification information and identifying a card maker. ;SOLUTION: This IC card 1A is composed of a card main body 11A, a memory part 12A which is buried within the card main body 11A and is capable of storing data information and control information and an interface part 13A performing the input/output of the data information stored in this memory part 12A and the output of the control information.
