PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and stably control vibration for a long time by giving a change to the air pressure in a working air chamber, making a movable member deform and applying pressure to a pressure receiving chamber. ;SOLUTION: When negative pressure is applied to a working air chamber 54, an elastic rubber plate 34 is made to deformed toward the working air chamber 54 resisting its elasticity, and when the negative pressure is eliminated, the elastic rubber plate 34 is restored toward a pressure receiving chamber 40 thanks to its restoring force. When vibration is applied to the elastic rubber plate 34, the internal pressure in the pressure receiving chamber 40 changes, adjusting a mount damping property. Therefore, the internal pressure in the pressure receiving chamber 40 is absorbed or reduced by applying vibration to the elastic rubber plate 34 at a frequency according to the applied vibration when vibration is applied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
