PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for an automatic analyzing apparatus, which does not cause a carry-over and enables instantaneous washing of pipettes for divided injection. ;SOLUTION: A detergent contains, in an acidic aqueous solution with a pH of 5.0 or lower, (1) a substance having a primary amino group and (2) more than one nonionic surfactant chosen from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene alkylether, polyoxyethylene alkylphenylether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ester and polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester. Preferably, the substance having a primary amino group is an amino acid or Tris, and the amino acid is preferably glycine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
