The incision is made by initially pressing the skin at the position of the two ends of the incision, and then making the incision. A vent opening can be cut out in the skin and the skin at a position near the bottom point of the breastbone is pressed. The incision is then made connecting the vent opening to the pressed position. The incision can contain several unconnected sub-incisions. During the skin processing operation a supporting element (18) is fitted subcutaneously through an opening in the skin. The Incision device has a perforating element (30) and knife (26), which during processing are moved downwards in the direction of the arrow (38) after contact has been made with the tip of the breast. The end of the perforating element moves through the belly skin (33) and through the hole of the supporting element (18), forming a hole in the belly skin. The downward movement of the knife cuts through the belly skin and the cutting edge (28) of the knife enters the supporting element groove and the knife edge runs along the line (28a).
