The extraction process at a solid phase uses a titration plate (1) with a number of recessed wells (10) for the extraction solid phase (13), which are open at both ends (11,12). The plate is sealed at a support (2), and all the extraction stages occur within the recessed wells. There is a simultaneous control of the fixation of the extracted molecules on the solid phase and the evacuation of solutions required for extraction, where the walls (3) and base (4) of the support form a hollow zone (5) which is evacuated through a suction channel (20).
