The connection node is in the shape of a central plane edged by a diagonal edge (10) connecting the ends of the rear lateral edge (20) and a front lateral edge (16). These two are each constituted from a vertical rib connected by a curved central rib (15) fitting the sheet metal wheel passage (5). There are stiffening ribs perpendicular to the diagonal edge and the rear lateral edge. Other stiffening ribs are placed under the central platform (12) of the connection node.
