Method for producing a combined storage medium involves combination of: an internet site (S) having general (INF-G) and personalized information (INF-Pi); a digital storage medium supplied to each user comprising data (D) for operating systems (P) and a user identification code (COD-IDi) and; a management center (C-G) with a main manager (G-PRIN) defining the data, the operating programs and the identity codes to be written to the digital storage media and an information manager (G-INFO). The user digital storage medium can be a CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM.
