The machine comprises a grinder composed of a rotor having blades rotating around a horizontal spindle. The rotor rotates in a drum rotating at a lower speed than the rotor. Between the rotor and the drum is a shredding grille. The grinder comprises a passage for leading the ground waste to a ball plant which discharges in the free space between the drum and the shredding grille. The ball plant compacts the shredded waste (30) and encloses it in a casing (31) to constitute sealed balls. A sleeve (34) communicating with the grinder comprises a fixed cylinder (35) and a vertically sliding cylinder (36). Under this sleeve is a container in the shape of two mobile sphere quarters. (37).
