To give a colored beeswax polish on a support surface, with the appearance of a Cordoba leather, a coating is applied to the surface with a spatula and dried. An acrylic paint is spread over the coating and dried, followed by a colored beeswax which is also dried. The surface is finally polished with a chamois leather.
